This looks like a nice pillow. It has that new mattress smell.It comes vacuum sealed, plus it is in a second bag.The bag says to let the pillow air out for a several hours, and it will take shape.It's been almost a full day, and it is still fairly flat. I assume it will take more time to re-inflate back into shape, probably. Presently, it is about 4 to 5 inches thick, however it's still very soft.For now I will give it a hopeful 3 stars.If it turns into a pillow, I will re-evaluate it.

I have been looking for new pillows for some time now. I decided to give this one a try. It cam very nicely packed and vacuumed sealed. Once opened it did not take long to fully share up. I am not a back sleeper but this pillow claims to relieve shoulder and neck pain. I can confirm that after 7 full days of sleeping on this I am not waking up with any pain in my shoulder or neck at all. IT does take one getting used to if you have never slept with a preformed pillow. One side has head and neck support for the back sleepers and the opposite side supports side and belly sleepers. Bt entirely sure it is true to size as I ordered a queen and is slightly smaller than my other queen pillow. I would recommend trying this allow out for the price.
My first impression was the packing, it is very well made, with instructions, and compact enough.The instructions are simple, just open the vacuum-sealed package and let it sit for 6-8 hours so it regains its original shape.I did that and have been using it for the past couple of days, it does take a bit of getting used to but the results are great, this one is really comfortable and soft for a great sleep. Materials are high quality, it feel really nice to touch, one thing though, you will need a pillow cover.For the price, I would recommend trying it if you are on the fence.
So, I am a big fan of Cervical pillows. I have purchased a few, and one of the major drawbacks is that most require a fitted pillowcase made for the product. This one has smooth, rounded ends, making using a standard pillow case a great option.At first use, I felt that the high arch of the bottom of the pillow would be an issue, but after a few nights of sleep, I found that the high arch actually provided lots of support and didn't interrupt my sleep. I have actually replaced my primary pillow with this one and, after several nights, have no issues with flattening, warming, or waking up.Each morning, my neck feels stretched and relaxed, which is good for me because I carry a lot of stress in the neck and upper shoulder muscles.The current price point (49.95 USD) did feel a bit steep, but having slept on the pillow now, I would say it is a fair price.
This appears to be a very well-constructed, quality pillow. However being a side sleeper with broad shoulders, it doesn't work for me. It's not thick enough to keep my spine properly aligned and has resulted in a "crick" in my neck when I wake up. It's okay if I'm lying on my stomach or back, just not my side-which is how I usually end up when I'm sleeping. I'm going to give it a few more days to see if I can adjust and wake up pain free. If I can, I will update this review. If I can't, unfortunately I will no longer be using this pillow.
Derila's Cervical Queen Size Pillow for Sleeping provides good neck support and has a soft cover. It fits queen size pillow cases with no issues. The contour is ergonomic and I like that I can flip it around to the lower height if I'd like to shift to a back vs. side sleeping position.One thing I would note, which I did not notice in any of the photographs and would have never considered, is that the zipper (which is a dress zipper, so a nice small plastic one and not bulky) runs down the middle section of the back of the pillow with a flap to cover it. This is an issue for me because primarily as a side sleeper, I tend to place my hand under the pillow and I don't like feeling that ridge on the back. All the nice pillows I've ever had before have placed the zipper for the casement on an outer edge, either at the top, or the end of the pillow. Of course, if the zipper on the back is too bothersome, it is possible to change out the zippered case, I just wish that it was shown on the listing and that I didn't need to do that on my own. That is the main reason why I gave this pillow a 4 instead of a 5 rating.Another thing is that this particular pillow's memory foam appears less dense and more springy in comparison to some expensive memory foam pillows. It is closer to a traditional poly or latex foam.Again, this is a very supportive and ergonomic pillow, and it is comfortable to use.
I have an annoying pinched nerve in my neck that I believe is causing me headaches and a tingling sensation on my face and neck. It is so bothersome that it does affect my sleep. I have been searching for a pillow that helps me sleep better and relieve the neck pain. I have tried My Pillow, Serta, down feather, loose fill, solid fill, and many others that claim to be great pillows. None of them has worked.The loose fill and feather pillows you can adjust to feel comfortable but in a few minutes your head is on the bed and all the fluff is on each side of your head (YUCK). The solid fill type goes flat as well during the night and does not end up giving good neck support. Then I saw this Derila Cervical Ergonomic Neck Support Pillow on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Here are my thoughts on this pillow:PROS:1) Face tingling and neck pain are gone when laying on my side. All other pillows when I laid on my side the side of my face would start tingling and often would get neck pain. This pillow is firm enough and shaped correctly to keep my neck and shoulders in proper alignment so that pesky nerve is not aggravated in my neck.2) The pillow holds it shape throughout the night. In fact there is no adjusting the pillow to get the fluff in the right spot either. The pillow is truly ergonomically designed to properly support the neck and it does it all the time! You don't wake up with your head sunk through the pillow to the bed.3) The pillow holds the neck correctly on the side and when sleeping on the back. I fall asleep on my side and always wake up on my back in the "snow angel" position. Yes, I hog up all the bed. So, I have to have a pillow that works for falling asleep on the side and continues to work throughout the night when I roll onto my back. This pillow works great in both positions allowing me to continue to sleep instead of waking up with a pain in my neck.4) I am sleeping better through the night. I use a Fitbit that tracks my sleep. The five nights before I started using this pillow I had sleep scores of (0 to 100 scale where above ninety is excellent): 80, 80, 78, 76, and 75. This gives an average of 77.8.The first five nights using the pillow my scores were: 90, 84, 77, 87, and 87. This gives an average of 85. That is a full seven point jump in my sleep and it has continued to give me much better nights sleep. I love this pillow.CONS:1) The only con I can think of is that the pillow ships vacuum packed to save space. If you are like my mail I don't get packages until the evening so I couldn't try the pillow out the first night as it takes about 8 to 12 hours for the pillow to resuscitate. Poor thing comes suffocated! :>)Conclusion:This pillow might not be for everyone, but for myself this pillow is amazing. It lives up to its advertising and has really improved my sleep and removed a lot of my neck pain and tingling that I have to suffer with on a daily basis. It truly holds my neck in the right position for both my side and my back. To top it off it maintains it shape throughout the night providing continuous support.

Das Kissen ist etwas hart, man muss sich ein Paar Tage daran gewöhnen. Ansonsten ist es gut. Es hat ein leichten Geruch, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist und es ist auch nach ein paar Tagen weg. Man schnarcht nicht mehr und hat keine Nacken oder Schulterschmerzen. ; )
