I had a hard time getting them in the pillow case! I haven't slept on them but am waiting for my kids to try them out.
After unpacking the pillows and giving them a minute to expand I gave them a bit of a test run and they were very soft and comfortable with no noticeable odor.Shortly after I made the mistake of showing them to my partner, who took a quick test and I have since lost all rights to the new pillows entirely.This is generally a great sign for the pillows, not so much for me stuck with my old pillow.Reviews from the other half match my first impression where she is greatly enjoying them and told me that if I bought another set of 2 I might get visitation for one of the hypothetical 4, so it looks like I'm in for 2 more!I still have not figured out how one can use so many pillows but it seems like 3 is the magic number.

The 2 pillows came in an air tight packaging, after releasing, they got fluffed up gradually and I use them, one for sleeping, one under my thighs for back support which are both great! I’m happy with the comfort and support level!

We bought a new mattress and decided to also get some new pillows as ours were close to 5 years old. Looked at so many different pillows and decided on these. Have never heard of Slybear but it got decent ratings so decided to buy these. The come packaged really flat but left them out for several days and they plumped up really nicely. They are comfy pillows, not overly hard or overly soft. Not sure about the cooling part, but the material is very soft. One side is embossed and the other side is not. Really don't know what difference it makes as we use pillowcases on our pillows. Have used these for almost 2 weeks now and so far I don't regret buying them.

The con is the pillow does not fit regular pillowcases. Wider pillowcases are needed. I'm currently using shams as pillowcases, but even those are a snug fit. I'm considering buying another set, but won't until I can find pillowcases and allergen covers that fit. I recommend these!

I've had back problems for months and after replacing my old pillows with these, I couldn't be happier. I'm a back sleeper and after the first night I had already felt so much better.
